Grade Web Server conditions of use
Global Phasing ("Developer") is pleased to offer this Web server to the
crystallographic community to facilitate the generation of stereochemical
restraint dictionaries for general ligands by means of its program "grade",
involving among other things a call to the "Mogul" program through special
arrangement with the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC), whom we
hereby expressly acknowledge.
Invocation of this Grade Web Server by "User" is subject to the following
conditions:
- User agrees that Developer may use the ligands uploaded to this
server for the purpose of debugging and further developing grade and
the server.
- In return, Developer undertakes not to deliberately make public the
nature of these ligands without prior permission from User, but
reminds User that the security provisions on this server will not
guarantee any degree of confidentiality.
- User understands that Developer may contact User by e-mail with
queries about the performance of the server to help resolve problems
and issues that may arise.
- Prior approval must be sought for the use
of this Grade Web Server by non-interactive scripts or 3rd party applications.
We encourage such use but need to make sure that it does not conflict
with interactive use.
Any queries about the Grade Web Server should be emailed to buster-develop@globalphasing.com
